When legal issues arise in the course of a real estate transaction, our team of on-site attorneys can quickly and efficiently address those issues before they result in a bigger problem.  Our in-house title attorney, J.D. Kious, provides a wide range of transactional legal services and also examines the title for each of our closings, writes our title insurance policies and title opinion letters, conducts closings, and prepares and reviews closing documents, loan documents, and contracts. Our on-site team of experienced lawyers at Kious, Rodgers, Barger, Holder & King, PLLC are available to provide a wide range of legal services including, bankruptcy, divorce, business organization, estate planning, personal injury, general litigation, and debt collection, to name a few.
